Hands-On Pastry Class – Pate a Choux

Learn how to master making and baking pate a choux, the basis of a multitude of classic French pastries from cream puffs to croquembouche. The class will include a discussion of the history of pate a choux, the technical components of each recipe and both sweet and savory applications. You will also learn how to make ice cream, pastry cream, caramel and chocolate sauce.
